Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to drive our global sales initiatives, expand our market reach, and contribute to our growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with robust experience in sales and a deep understanding of global markets, particularly in the fintech, data and risk management sector. In this role you will identify and secure new clients for our services, quoting and accurately entering sales orders, ensure close communication with other junior, mid and senior sale associates, work closely with the marketing department and ensure sales goals and targets are acquired.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the risk mitigation, KYC data, compliance, and fraud prevention industry
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, effectively positioning AcuityTec's solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure retention and loyalty
- Lead negotiations, close sales deals, and contribute to the strategic direction of customer accounts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and by participating in educational
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within the risk mitigation, KYC data, compliance, and fraud prevention industry
- Proven track record as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of industry trends, developments, and best practices
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- Located in Canada and 100% English speaking
